Steve Behar is a Democrat who believes that together we can work to make our district and our city a better place to live. Steve Behar Is Officialy On The September 15 Primary Ballot—August 7, 2009
The New York City Board Of Elections certified the ballots for this fall's democratic primary this week, ballots which included Steve Behar's name among several other democratic candidates.
Behar had submitted almost 3,000 petition signatures in early July to the BOE, well above the required amount. The Behar campaign also qualified for and received matching public financing from the New York Campaign Finance Board.
